These suites are spacious 8 ft by 11 ft rooms, ideal for large breeds (90lbs +), pets with noise triggers or high anxiety, or families with multiple furry companions. Our Family Rooms offer all the comforts of home featuring cozy beds, soft rugs, TVs, lamp lighting and some rooms are even equipped with a serene fireplace! Each room is uniquely decorated and provides a private and safe space for your pet(s) to relax and enjoy their stay in peace. Our rooms were designed to minimize stress and anxiety. Owners can bring their own kennels, and a plush blanket or pillow to maximize comfort and calmness.
Each package includes 2 hours of supervised play. The two hours of play is broken up throughout the day and your pups will get to go out roughly every 2 hours. Our trained staff will place each individual dog in a play group according to temperament, size, and activity level. If your pup requires individualized play time away from others, their stay will still include a 30-minute leashed walk (at staff discretion) in addition to 3 standard potty breaks. Each family room reservation receives 10% off grooming appointments booked during the pups stay.

Traditional Kennel-Style Boarding:
We offer traditional kennel-style boarding; however, to qualify for this option, your dog must be both dog-friendly and kennel-trained. While each dog will have its own designated Dog House kennel, they will be situated in close proximity to other dogs in separate kennels. If a dog does not meet these criteria, we require that you reserve a Family Room for their stay. Our individual Dog House measures 39 inches by 38 inches and is designed for dogs weighing between 1-80 lbs.

All owners will be required to sign a consent form releasing Tails and Toe Beans of all liability.
Boarding Requirements:
We require that you email over the current vaccination records to admin@tailsandtoebeans.org at a minimum 48-hours prior to your reservation. We require core vaccinations, Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies. Canine Influenza is preferred but not required for boarding. Your reservation will not be approved until we have proof of vaccination records.

Drop-off and pick-up times:
Drop-off and pick-up are by APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 7am to 7pm. If you’re running behind, please call or text to let us know your new estimated time of arrival.
When you arrive:
Please wait in your vehicle and call 419-638-1180 to let us know that you have arrived. We will open the facility door for you once our lobby is clear of other pets. One family member per dog upon drop off and pick up.
